The women of the group and Elizabeth-Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Roselyn, Benta, & Leah. Elizabeth (in the red shirt) is a community health nurse and is working in Lwala to teach groups about Water, Sanitaiton, and Hygiene (WASH). She learned how to make this liquid soap and taught the group. Sales of the liquid soap are very successful! Now the medical clinic and many schools are buying the liquid soap in bulk. Individuals come to the gate house at the clinic, with their own empty water bottles, and buy smaller quantities to use at home.
